• Le Morne (west coast): On the road to Le Morne beach, this beautifully decorated restaurant was fitted out using reclaimed wood salvaged from an old colonial house. The result is warm, characterful, and instantly inviting the kind of place you want to linger in.
• Port Louis: Step off the busy streets of the capital and into a peaceful inner courtyard that feels like a world apart. The perfect place to recharge before heading back out to explore the city.

The concept at Wapalapam was born from an unlikely but brilliant collaboration between Rok Flander, a former Olympic snowboard champion and acclaimed chef Willibald Reinbacher. Together they’ve created something genuinely unique: a modern cuisine that takes its inspiration from the flavours of the Indian Ocean and turns them into dishes that are as refined as they are memorable.
